Holy moly it’’s my sister’’s birthday tomorrow, and I haven”t got a gift. At least I didn”t forget, like last year, but I need to get her a gift as soon as possible otherwise I”ll never hear the end of it. I know one thing for certain, she is not going to like it if I give her nothing or say that it’’s on the way and I”ll give it to her next week. A picture of her gift will not suffice. Well, it’’s alright I suppose. I could go out at lunchtime and pick something up. Oh wait, Mr. Yamamoto is coming in and we are all required to be there, he’’s our biggest client. Right okay, I”ll go after work. But Jill asked me to stay late with her and brainstorm some ideas for the big pitch to YamaCorp next month. Damn, everywhere will be closed. I could ask someone to get a gift on my behalf, dad might be free today. But I can”t do that, it’’s sort of an imposition and worst of all he will know that I haven”t been on top of things and got a gift in good time. God, I need a miracle.
