Skill set and mindset are the two primary things that you need to win in this business:
Required skill set means the skill that you need to have to be in any business. This is inclusive of management, marketing, training, team development skills and others. You can get plenty of information on how to get this and teach you through various sources.
Mindset is very different; it refers to emotional well being of sub conscious mind of yours. It’’s not easy to control it and by its nature it’’s very personal and learning curve differs for each and every individual. Many individuals don”t know about this and deliberately try to stay far from it as it makes them feel confronting and uncomfortable.
In concise you need to be a student of your own development for entire life to understand what you require to control the influence and power of sub conscious mind of yours. Because if you don”t, then it will control you and you will not be aware of it.
All the actions and decisions you undertake, it will not result in success if you don”t control it.
Self limiting beliefs are often comes from such blocks. These beliefs get established in sub conscious mind of yours at some stage based on some incident. These beliefs stop you and hold you back from getting what you even if you consciously express it.
These beliefs may not be true for others but for you they are because you believe in them. If you don”t believe they will not affect you.
The problem with such beliefs is that they are present in sub conscious and you cannot work on them unless you are conscious about it. For example, if there is a snake in a dark room you would not notice, even if go inside the room and not come in its contact you wouldn”t notice it, but if it bites you at the time of contact you will certainly notice it.
But, what if you put the lights on and can see the snake it will definitely advance your likelihood of not getting bitten.
A common instance of a belief that is self limiting in nature can be fear of rejection. Individuals with this belief often tend to think that there will always be no from the other side. Individual may not notice it consciously, but its present can impact his ability to communicate, recruit new members for your team, present his business, etc.
If you doing everything right and still not successful in this network marketing business than think whether you have any beliefs that are self limiting in nature coming in between you and success.
