When were looking to perform search engine optimisation on our sites what were really looking to achieve is a top ranking on Google for keywords relevant to our product or service. It is a highly powerful techniques used by SEO’’s to increase the relevance of a site. You should also aim to get links from pages that are relevant to your content, this will increase the authority the link carries.
There are also many on page factors we need to consider when optimising for Google, however the most important on page feature is your title tag. You should use your keywords in your title tag naturally, don”t stuff the keywords, simply use the phrase once putting your main keywords at the beginning. You should then try and use different variations of your targeted keywords within your content. Google loves content and will give you extra ranking ability for the increased content on your domain. You should also attempt to optimise images on your page through use of the ALT attribute, again use keyword variations within it.
